The successful candidate must have:

• A minimum of 8 years’ industry experience
• Experience in commercial and mixed-use projects
• An understanding of NZ building codes and relevant standards
• Experience with working on multi-disciplinary teams in a collaborative environment
• Exceptional ability to consider buildability and resolve complex detailing
• Proficiency at exterior detailing
• Well-developed Revit capability
• Site observation experience

The ideal candidate may also possess:

• A good understanding of the contractual process of construction projects being administered under NZS3910
• Experience reviewing shop drawings
• Methodical approach to documenting site observations and record keeping
