Core role responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the organisation-wide implementation of BIM and related technology.
• Develop and maintain project BIM execution plans in liaison with project stakeholders.
• Audit models received from project stakeholders to ensure geometry and information develops according to BEP and project requirements.
• Support teams with advice on BIM solutions to project setup and design issues.
• Evaluate new BIM related technologies, standards and industry trends
• Developing team with new technologies and BIM protocols

 

The successful candidate must have:

• A degree in Architecture or qualification in architectural draughting (e.g. NZCAD or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• A commercial design background, with keen eye for detail and outstanding BIM management skills on large, complex projects
• Sound knowledge of NZS3604 and New Zealand Building Code
• Be a NZ permanent resident or hold a valid work permit
• Excellent Autodesk Revit knowledge
